Fore!!

Jeff took this Thursday and Friday off and we decided we needed a little date outing. We've been feeling a bit like 2 ships passing in the night with all the stuff we've had going on. I told Jeff to plan something fun, so wouldn't ya know he took me golfing. This would be about my 3rd time ever golfing on an actual course.

We walked the course and got some nice exercise in the 75 degree weather. I have to say I had no business on the course as I was doing really bad. We didn't keep score just enjoyed being outdoors and doing something together. Jeff nicknamed me "topper" as every time I tried to hit the ball I'd hit the top of the ball if at all. For all my efforts I ended up with soggy wet feet and a nice blister on my finger. Jeff did well as usually his own mental score was 3 over par for the 9 holes we golfed. We had a great time and needed to just let loose for some fun.
